Business Spotlight - Festevents

This week the Spotlight is on Festevents. Norfolk Festevents is
a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to producing City celebrations including premier concerts, festivals, tall ship and international ship visits and special events on behalf of the
City of Norfolk for the residents and guests of Hampton Roads.

The stated mission for Festevents is to present high quality, accessible, family oriented community programs and city
celebrations that 1) enhance and lift up the quality of life in our community; and 2) incorporate and reflect current positive lifestyle trends through mutually beneficial private/public partnerships.

Festevents has supported HRT in the planning and execution of
the Full Funding Grant Agreement Signing Ceremony and
The Tide’s official Groundbreaking, held in December 2007 at
Harbor Park.

Upcoming events in Norfolk include The AT&T 2nd Annual Spring Wine Festival on May 10, and The 7th Annual Virginia Beer Festival
on May 17.
