We understand that construction of The Tide will affect many people, and while it is impossible to eliminate all disruptions from reduced traffic lanes, sidewalk limitations, noise and dust; with effective communication and coordination between HRT and community organizations, we are confident that we can achieve the successful and timely completion of The Tide with the minimum disruption possible.
